In this engaging Year 10 Food Technology class, students were learning how to cook a vegetable stir fry while practicing precision cuts and essential knife skills. They also focused on kitchen and knife safety, ensuring a safe cooking environment. This hands-on experience was very enjoyable for them all. Overall, our food technology classes are fostering both culinary skills as well as confidence and creativity, resulting in educational and enjoyable learning experiences.
