Our Cedar EAL students over the past term have continued to be involved in fun and engaging activities. This included tracing and labelling the human skeletal system.
Furthermore, students had the opportunity to water and weed the garden beds containing, spinach, carrots, silver beet and spring onions.
In addition, they prepared and cooked triangular spanakopita (spinach pie) to enjoy.
Such activities bring social and educational benefits to our EAL students. It enhances their vocabulary, raises self-esteem, further improves their communication skills and motivation.
Together we look forward to more engaging and rewarding activities in term 4.
