Over the last few weeks, we have seen some very tasty food items being created by our food technology students. These items included chocolate chip biscuits, pizzas including making their own dough, scones with jam as well as Mexican quesadillas.
These practical classes have given students the opportunity to develop and refine their skills as well as expand their knowledge on different foods and cooking techniques. As a result, there has been some great improvements in both practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
