Kangan - ACE at Docklands

Year 9 students keen on all things automotive, elected to visit the Kangan Automotive Centre of Excellence at Docklands.
Students were surprised to learn that Kangan had a campus at the Docklands and were very impressed by what they discovered. We are very fortunate in Melbourne to have an institute offer such world class facilities and programs for all things automotive.
Our students attended two workshops and a brief tour. The workshops included making a test light in the department for Auto electrical and then the Mechanical workshop to complete under bonnet and lighting checks.
Students got to see electric vehicles, check out various motors and engines, and of course get into the driver seats of various cars – what’s not to love!
