Music Soiree

On the evening of Tuesday 18th June, the College’s Term 2 Instrumental Music Soirée was held in the Mother Isabelle Khoury Stadium. This was the first Soirée to run in the excellent new facility, and it proved to be a perfect venue for musical performances. We had a strong attendance of family and staff who were captivated by the 25 performances, our performers ranging from Foundation level to Year 12. The Soirée featured soloists and duets on piano and guitar, Arabic percussion groups, rock bands, choir and solo voice, and a lyrical dance routine by a VCE Dance student. Our students all performed brilliantly, demonstrating great confidence and ability. The audience was very receptive and encouraging, which contributed to a fun and supportive atmosphere for all performers. We look forward to running one more Soirée later in the year.
