St Joseph Campus End of Term 2 Campus Assembly

On Friday June 28 the Year 7-12 students and staff gathered in the Stadium to celebrate the achievements and events of Term 2. Ben Ghensi from Year 9 gave a Year 9 Camp report and Hani Diab from Year 10 spoke about Year 10 Work Experience. We watched a video of the highlights from the sports competitions so far this year and heard updates from SRC and the Year 12 Biggest Morning Tea events. Ms Bacash, College Principal, spoke about the achievements of term 2 and the need for students to be Ready to Learn.
Our guest speak for the Assembly was The Honourable Anthony Cianflone MP, Minister for the Legislative Assembly, Australian Labour Party. Mr Cianflone shared his experiences as the son of Italian Migrants and the power of hard work and dedication. It was inspiring to hear him speak about his career journey.
