Across both Cedar and St Joseph Campuses teachers have participated in impact cycles across term 1 and the beginning of term 2 to identify areas of professional need and set achievable actions to address these identified areas of professional need. Teacher effectiveness strongly impacts students, and developing this is an important aspect of our staff program.
Teachers use the AITSL standards to measure their progress in professional development in the areas of Professional Knowledge, Professional Practice and Professional Engagement. Teachers shared their actions for term 2 with their colleagues in a “speed dating” format as you can see in this video and photos.
