Work Experience

73 Year 10 students completed work experience from the 13 to 17th May. There was a range of industry experiences and year again students do very well to find placements in areas including dentistry, local council civil engineering, primary schools and early childhood centres.
Some students completed their placements in retail and were fortunate to be offered casual employment from Officeworks and chemists.
Student Reflection:
During my work experience at a law firm, I visited different courts each day and observed a variety of cases. This firsthand exposure to the legal process gave me a deeper understanding of how the law works and the range of issues lawyers deal with. Seeing the dedication and skill of the lawyers confirmed my passion for law and made me certain that this is the career I want to pursue.
