Year 10 Food Tech

Over the last few weeks, our Year 10 students have been learning about the multicultural influences on modern Australian cuisine and flavours from around the world. In this practical class, students learnt to make sushi, traditionally a Japanese food and a dish we frequently enjoy in Australia. This enjoyable hands-on experience enabled students to develop their knowledge of different ingredients and cooking methods and an appreciation for the global food landscape. We are all very proud of the skills and knowledge the students are developing and watching their confidence increase in their abilities.
