Year 10 food technology practical class

In their first practical food technology class this term, Year 10 students utilised their knowledge of healthy and balanced eating by making nutritious oat, banana and coconut biscuits and in the process, they had a lot of fun doing so!


Students learnt how to read a recipe, measure ingredients accurately with the correct utensils as well as follow the recipe methodology to create their final products. It was wonderful to see each student embark on the development of their cooking skills journey with enthusiasm and creativity.


We look forward to the opening of the new food technology room at St. Joseph’s campus very soon, where we will be able to create a lot of great recipes, learning more practical skills and building knowledge around food and cooking.
