Year 5 classes have been learning about aeroplanes this term. As part of their Inquiry unit students built their own model planes. To build the planes, students looked at the weight, thrust and drag of each plane built.

The highlight of the unit was when each student had the opportunity to fly each plane in the atrium with an aid of a CTG. Students were than able to record the speed, height, and laps of their modelled plane.
