Year 6 Maths Extension: MAV Games Day

On Friday, 11 October we once again sent a team to represent Antonine College at the Mathematics Association of Victoria (MAV) Games Day for Year 6, which was held at Genazzano FCJ College in Kew. It was a great day which included collaborative problem solving, one-on-one games of strategy and mathematical puzzle games. There were also trivia questions and spot prizes, which made the day even more fun. Although our team didn’t win any prizes, they were very proud of their achievements and enjoyed the challenges, as well as the opportunity to mix with other highly able maths students from around the state. We congratulate them for their efforts and the great way they represented our College.
