On Friday 8th of December, St Joseph campus welcomed students entering year 7 in 2024 for Orientation Day. Students had the opportunity to participate in a school tour and a variety of rotational activities. In the new Mother Isabelle Khoury Stadium, students collaborated to play a range of sport activities. The art activity allowed students to show off their artistic talents and begin to explore the theme of identity through a drawing activity. In the science lab, students hypothesised and investigated the chemical reaction of candy canes when placed in various liquids in a practical experiment. Finally, the music workshop had students playing a variety of songs using the boomwhackers. Overall, the day was filled with excitement and optimism as students prepare for their transition to secondary school. Thank you to all the teachers who offered their time to help make the day successful.
