Year 8 Food Technology Class

In our Year 8 Food Technology class, students have been exploring balanced and healthy eating through hands-on cooking projects. Recently, they prepared delicious rice paper rolls and no-bake cookies, learning about the importance of incorporating a variety of nutrients into their diets. The rice paper rolls, filled with fresh vegetables and lean proteins, emphasized the value of balanced meals, while the no-bake cookies offered a fun, healthier treat option. These activities not only enhanced their culinary skills but also reinforced key concepts of nutrition and healthy eating. We are loving the students for their enthusiasm and creativity in the kitchen!
